The Community Health and Wellbeing Worker Apprenticeship at Level 3 is closely linked to Personalised Care professions, as it equips individuals with the skills to support people in accessing non-clinical services that improve their health and wellbeing. Apprentices learn to work collaboratively with individuals and communities, identifying health needs and signposting to appropriate services, such as community groups, support networks, and lifestyle interventions.
This apprenticeship is ideal for those passionate about reducing health inequalities and promoting holistic care. It blends theory with hands-on practice and is designed to support roles that bridge health and social care, including social prescribing, care navigation, and community health coaching.
The webinar will be delivered by TPC Health who have over 20 years of experience in the health and social care sector, and are a trusted leader in workforce development, health coaching, and personalised care. They’ve trained over 15,000 professionals across primary care, mental health, integrated care systems, and the VCSE sector. Their programmes consistently deliver measurable, lasting impact - helping learners build confidence, apply skills in practice, and contribute meaningfully to their teams and services.
Whether you are a personalised care professional wishing to learn more about the apprenticeship or a manager interested please sign up and join us on the 23rd September.
