Quarterly facilitated workshops that are completely fully funded to help support our brilliant wellbeing Champions & Ambassadors. The idea is that you can share stories, resources, ask for advice, continue your wellbeing learning and link up with likeminded colleagues to support one another.

These workshops will be a safe and confidential space to share experiences and check in with each other. Part of each session will be a 15min training session on a particular topic e.g. sleep, nutrition, resilience, burnout etc to continue enhancing your wellbeing CPD.
