Course Content:-

This Multi-professional Visiting Clinicians Training event aims to provide all clinicians visiting care homes across SNEE for patient care, with a dedicated CPD learning opportunity.

Sessions delivered will include topics delivered by SNEE specialist clinicians, teams and range from clinical updates, introduction to SNEE services and referral pathways.

There will be specialist speakers from:

  • Diabetes Team
  • Cardiac Services
  • Respiratory Services
  • Virtual Wards
  • Safeguarding
