Monthly Nursing and Nursing Associate Preceptorship Teaching Session. This programme is a one-year scheme designed to support newly qualified nurses (RNs) and nursing associates (NA) (qualified within the last 12 months) in their early career as they become an embedded part of the primary care team in the Primary Care Network (PCN). New to practice nurses are also invitied to participate.
All preceptees can book onto fully funded skills training places as part of this scheme.
Sexual Health will be the topic for this session. The WHO defines sexual health as fundamental to the overall health and wellbeing of individuals, couples, and families and to the social and economic development of communities and countries. It requires a positive and respectful approach to sexuality and sexual relationships.
