Whilst much of the event will take place virtually, we will also be holding some face-to-face conversations within each INT to start looking at what is working well and what could be improved, see agenda item below:

What in your INT works well? Taking place in person at INT locations and is not part of the virtual event. 1 GP and 1 nurse representative from each practice requested to attend alongside INT Core Leadership teams. |

As a vital member of INT Partnerships and to ensure that the voice of general practice is part of this conversation, we ask that each practice sends one GP and one nurse to their INT meeting location for the afternoon.
This location will be within each INT’s boundary and will have a screen in situ so attendees can join the virtual event for items 1, 2 and 7. Exact locations will be shared by 31/1/26. The full recording of the virtual event will be shared afterwards should practice reps attending the INT meeting wish to watch items 4-6.
