This program is dedicated to addressing HR, employment, and personnel matters commonly encountered in general practice settings. Through this interactive session, we will delve into employment law, providing practical advice to help participants effectively manage their human resources and navigate staffing challenges.

Additionally, we'll offer updates on changes in employment regulations and legislative frameworks impacting practices and employers.

The web workshop can also explore various employment models for PCN staff and the associated liability implications for practices, including discussions on TUPE and redundancy where applicable, particularly in scenarios involving practice mergers, partnerships, or takeovers. Practical guidance will be provided on adapting to the changes brought about by new models of delivering GP services.

We will also cover holding difficult conversations with staff and how to motivate and get the best out of your teams.
