Course Content:-

Suffolk & North East Essex Training Hub prioritises the value of growth through apprenticeships for both new and current team members, ensuring the resilience and development of the workforce. In Partnership with PMA who will facilitate the recruitment, training, and retention of non-clinical leaders and administrative staff. The programme includes a highly transferable set of skills built around the core elements of Business Administration.

• Pathology - Overview of the different specialisms and highlighting the important role pathology has in the patient pathway.
• GPA - Provides invaluable exposure to primary care, including a range of clinical activities that take place in primary care and meet the competency framework.
• Cancer Care - Developing the PTL/Cancer Care Navigator workforce in a more contextualised way compared to the standard offer.
• Clinical Coding - Using evidence-based practice, this course will equip practitioners with high-quality coding analytical skills.
