A much-requested Conflict of Interest training for those in SNEE GP leadership roles. The session will include:
• Reasons why we need robust COI processes
• Defining and identifying COI and knowing when to declare it
• What happens when / if COI has been identified
• Identifying when risks of corruption cannot be mitigated
• Ways to mitigate the conflict/ Managing the implications of COI
• Responsibilities of leaders to manage COI
• Escalation of a COI
• Flagging ad hoc COI
• Steps if a COI cannot be resolved with the individual (including possible disciplinary action)
This event is being organised by the Suffolk LMC and there will be a cost of £95 per delegate. By booking a place on this course you are agreeing for your details to be shared with the Suffolk LMC who will invoice each delegate individually
